Cost £89 per week,Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm. Bring a packed lunch.
Early drop off/late collection
You can pre-book early drop off or late collection which is charged at £2.50 per half hour or part thereof. Pre-booking is essential - arrangements cannot be made during the Space Camp. Please indicate on your application form if you want to book this.

Terms and Conditions:
GENERAL INFORMATION
Space Camp is open to children aged 8-12 years old. Children under 8 years old and over 12 may be accepted at ISSET’s discretion.
All children must bring their own packed lunch, snacks and drinks. Water will be available from taps at the venue.
Children should be dressed appropriately for carrying out activities. They may at times be sitting on the floor or be outside, and they will also be cutting out and glueing models. No responsibility can be taken by ISSET for damage to clothing (see section below on liability).
Parents/carers must sign their children in and out at the venue, so please make sure you inform the Camp leader of your arrival/departure and that it has been noted on the register.
If for some reason a parent/carer is unavoidably detained and will be late collecting their child, it is the responsibility of the parent/carer to call the Group leader immediately (number to be given out at start of Camp) to let them know. Unplanned late pick ups will incur a charge of £10 per half hour.
All first aid incidents will be recorded and shared with the parent / carer upon collection of the child.
If hospital treatment is required the Group Leader will contact the parent/carer and arrange for them to collect the child immediately. If the parent/carer is unreachable the Group Leader will contact the alternative emergency contact stated on the Parental Consent form. In an emergency the Group Leader will call 999 for an ambulance and contact the parent/carer at the earliest possible convenience.
BOOKING
a) The full amount of £89 per person per week, together with the completed and signed booking and consent form, must be received in order to confirm your booking. No booking exists until the company has received the booking form & payment, and confirmation of booking has been sent to the person signing the booking form.
b) Cancellation will only be accepted formally in writing by email or post. The following cancellation penalties will apply. If cancelling up to 2 weeks before the 1st day of the camp week booked: loss of 50% of total cost. From 13 days until the first day of the camp week booked : Loss of 100% total cost. Payments made for a booking may be transferred into another name before the commencement of the camp week booked. The date of cancellation is the day that the company is notified of the need to cancel a booking, and must be confirmed in writing.
c) The company reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel your booking and in this unlikely event will offer a prompt and full refund of all monies paid, unless the cancellation is for the reasons outlined in “Other” section below.
PAYMENT
a) A payment of £89 to secure booking. Payment must be made by cheque payable to Dinas Training Ltd and sent to the office address along with all booking forms.
b) A payment of £2.50 per day will be charged for Early Bird drop off (between 8.30am and 9am). This must be paid in advance when booking.
c) A payment of £2.50 per half hour or part thereof will be charged for Late Pick Up (between 3pm and 5.30pm). This must be paid in advance when booking.
LIABILITY
a) We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, distress, accident, injury or the death of any of the participants unless caused by the proven negligence of the Company or one of its servants.
b) We do not accept liability for the loss or damage to any property belonging to, or carried by, any of the participants.
c) We do not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to; delays or travel changes, sickness, weather, riots, strikes, war or any other cause.
d) The signatory shall be liable for all damages caused by the child named on the booking form that is not classed as accidental or ‘fair wear and tear’
OTHER
a) We reserve the right to alter or vary itineraries in the event of unfavourable weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
b) It is accepted that children booked on Space Camp are automatically allowed to partake in all activities.
c) It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to advise ISSET fully, in advance, of any disabilities and social or behavioural problems that their child currently has or has recently suffered from, which might affect their child and other participating children on camp.
d) We reserve the right to exclude any person at any time prior to or during Space camp, if in our opinion that person is not compatible with the general well being and enjoyment of the camp. In this event it will be up to the discretion of the ISSET Director as to whether any refund will be given.
e) Any physical disability or health condition which might make it impossible or inadvisable for a child to take part in any activity must be disclosed on the medical form (associated with the booking form).
f) All information (written or verbal) given out about Space Camp is given in good faith and ISSET does not accept any liability for any omissions or inaccuracies that may inadvertently be present.
