In partnership with the University College of St. Mark & St. John, ISSET offers a Masters degree option to the Comparative Education Programme teacher course, which enables teachers to study different teaching, management and leadership methods on a week-long residential course in Houston, USA.

By studying US methods and contrasting it with their UK schools, teachers may implement new ideas in their own classrooms for the benefit of their students and peers. By examining and recording the effectiveness of their new ideas, they display the qualities and thinking skills required for a Masters qualification and earn 1/3 of the degree, accredited by Exeter University.
