Mentors will attend a scheduled half-day training session given by former TAS mentors and staff.

Mentors and Co-ops will be given basic training in team problem-solving skills, what it means to be a good mentor and about offering career guidance to selected scholars.

Mentors will be advised how to participate in the online discussion groups, TAS, bulletin board and final project reviews.

In addition, mentors would receive assistance for each of their responsibilities.
