FINAL PROJECTYou will submit a final project 2 weeks before you attend your summer program. For a list of due dates, click here. After you have completed units 1-12 (sent in your assignments and taken your Quick Quizzes), you will begin your final project. Final projects will be posted in the Student Gallery by week and team. Your first name only (to ensure privacy) and the name of the legislator who sponsored you will appear with your project on the TASP web site. You need to choose one of the twelve topics you have studied that interests you. Review the lesson first. Then go to the Extended Mission section of the unit and review the links and activities there. Choose one specific topic that interests you and research it, using the links given in the unit and any links that you can find on your own. Use the NASA search engine and the NASA Spacelink search engines to help you. Your project must consist of a two-page written report and a model, poster, or drawing. Send a scanned photograph of you and your model or poster, or scan the drawing that you designed and drew. The report must include an introduction, a topic sentence, the information you researched, your own opinions and ideas, and a conclusion. You need to cite at least 3 sources that you used. These sources can be Web sites, articles, and/or books. Submit
your final project via the Comm
Link!
