  2. Submit your completed application (with Social Security Number - we must have your SS# on file if you plan on flying or driving for reimbursement). http://aerospacescholars.org/forms/aerospacescholars_app.htm
  3. Register on-line and complete the Travel Form (then you will receive your team and week assignment): http://aerospacescholars.org/scholars/studentview.asp
  4. Submit these forms by June 1: Parent Permission (in application), Medical, Talent Release: http://aerospacescholars.org/scholars/index.htm
  5. Answer your mentor’s e-mail round robin.
  6. Attend your Team Chat Session - two weeks before your workshop: http://aerospacescholars.org/scholars/login_student.asp
  7. Primary Scholars - Submit your Final Project - two weeks before your workshop.
  8. If you are flying, check your Mail, E-mail and Voice Mail for your electronic ticket confirmation number and information. You can also see what flight you are booked on at the View Screen on your registration page 4-7 days before you attend.

TO BRING TO NASA:

  • A deposit slip from your bank if you are DRIVING for your mileage reimbursement
  • Clothing that complies with the TAS Dress Code: http://aerospacescholars.org/scholars/handbook.htm
  • Any missing forms (check your registration page after June 1)
  • Camera and film (you will receive a CD-ROM with photos taken during the week by TAS staff)
  • Petty Cash (for snacks and gifts)
